Many local residents will have had the opportunity to walk through Widmer Fields and enjoyed the peace and beauty of this green space that we are lucky enough to have on our doorsteps. Volunteers work through the year to maintain the paths, tame the brambles, put up nesting boxes for birds and generally ensure that the fields are a thriving habitat for insects and wild animals.

The Christmas Tree is decorated every year to bring a smile to the face of anyone using the fields. If you’d like to help keep the fields thriving, GAT would be very grateful your donations.
