As many of you know, our darling Grace was born very poorly and spent the first few weeks of her life in the Oliver Fisher Unit at Medway Hospital. Contrary to expectations, she fought her way through one battle after another and made it home just in time for lockdown with her Mum and Dad and two big sisters. 

After 12 precious weeks, Grace passed away peacefully at home. She will always be our amazing Gracie and will never be forgotten.

We will be forever grateful for the care and support that not only Grace but our whole family received from the doctors and nurses in the Oliver Fisher Unit. They make the darkest times brighter and we are proud that supporting their work can be part of Grace's legacy.
