Story

**** Update: We are absolutely humbled by the generosity of our colleagues for this amazing donation drive.  Our target was smashed within the first 5 days! We will be accepting donations until 2pm on Friday 11th December and since we have 11 days to go we thought we’d stretch the target to £1500 and share this drive throughout Scotland. Teenagers are often not thought about for donation drives as the target tends to be younger children and the magic of Christmas, however our teens are in as much need. If you haven’t donated and would like to make a real difference in someone’s life please take the time to support this cause. ****

Christmas and the holiday season can be such a magical time for us all - but for those less fortunate it can also be a time of great sadness.

While we all celebrate, some may find themselves in a position where they are not able to afford any gifts for themselves or their love ones, and join in on the festivities. This, accompanied with potentially a lack of food to go around, can make Christmas a real struggle.

That's why we've teamed up with Glasgow South East Foodbank. At the Glasgow South East Foodbank, they aim to provide those in need, with a Christmas / Holiday food hamper, some small gifts such as shower gels, and ideally a £20 gift card to help during the holiday season.

To promote this cause, an aid our own wellbeing, four of us from the team will collectively walk 100 miles within a week, all while working full time, juggling childcare needs and the monotony of the tier 4 restrictions. From Monday 30th November to Sunday 06th December Graeme Davidson, Joe Simmons, Louise McShane and Connor Johnston will be walking during breaks, meetings (where possible) or just up and down the stairs when we get free time to get that step count up. Support us by supporting this amazing cause.

With our donations this year, we can help give as many teens a Christmas, and give them something to look forward to. Something we all desperately need this year.

We ask that you please consider donating this year. Any donations at all will make a huge difference to a teen in need, and struggling families.

Thank you to you all!
