Muddy Trials 5k @ Craufurdland Estate , 10 September 2017
We fund medical equipment and services to give our children the best possible care

Story

I've set myself this insane challenge for two reasons. One possibly involved wine and the other is seeing what help, care and support this amazing hospital has provided over the years to my friends and family.

I'm fortunate enough that I can do this crazy stuff, there are many many children who currently cannot. What's a little mud in the face of it all?

The 5k muddy trials is a complete mud fest and if anyone knows me its not my thing at all! 7 years ago I had a major operation on my foot which left me learning to walk again. It took me 9 months in total to be able to walk unaided. I have limitations but they are going to be pushed doing this trial, I believe its worth it and I hope everyone who takes the time to read this agrees with me. My wish is that my small challenge will help raise much needed funds for the bigger life changing challenges the many children and their parents face along side the staff at the Sick Kids Hospital.
