Story
Many of you may know me as a very fit and healthy individual that enjoys running and on occasion, for charity and just for fun. I love teaching my fitness classes, making everyone feel as good as they can about themselves and the great company and laughs that come with it.
Due to a recent findings, I have been diagnosed with a brain tumour which has stopped me doing all the things I love. Devastating to put it politely.
However with the help from the surgeons, doctors and nurses I am receiving support and treatment. The team at the Royal Infirmary and Western General have been amazing to both myself and family.
I hope you can all help us to raise some much needed funds to help fund future research and resources. Brain tumour research does not receive the funding and awareness it deserves. There is a link below to see some of the work they are involved in. Please take some time to have a look. https://www.edinburghneuroscience.ed.ac.uk/
Finally please give what you can. Every penny will help in some way. This could happen to anyone.
Many thanks
