We work for Gilead Sciences, a research-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops and commercialises innovative medicines in areas of unmet need. With each new discovery and experimental drug candidate, the company seeks to improve the care of patients suffering from life-threatening diseases.

Gilead's primary areas of focus include HIV/AIDS, liver disease and serious cardiovascular/metabolic and respiratory conditions.

As a team we have decided to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust following a fantastic first year for our newest product, Cayston, indicated to improve respiratory symptoms in cystic fibrosis (CF) patients with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the UK's only national charity dedicated to all aspects of Cystic Fibrosis (CF). They fund research to treat and cure CF and aim to ensure appropriate clinical care and support for people with Cystic Fibrosis.
