Story

Gilbert passed away peacefully at the age of 101 on 16th October 2021. It was his wish that donations be made to Camphill Village Trust in his memory. Gilbert and his late wife Christine had a great interest in the work of the trust and would frequently visit Botton Village to see what was going on and support the community there. It was of particular interest to them as their grandson, Andrew, had lived at a Camphill community for a number of years.

Gilbert was a great family man and was delighted to be able to celebrate his 100th birthday in 2019 with his two children, three of his grandchildren and his eight great-grandchildren as well as many family members and friends.
