We advance the work of Queen Mary to deliver excellence and inspire success.

Story

On Saturday, 9 May, Georgina Hutchison, mother of Joanne Hannaford and Jane Aldridge, passed away from COVID-19. Georgina had multiple myeloma for many years, and as a result was particularly vulnerable to the coronavirus.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in Georgina’s memory be made to the Georgina Hutchison Cancer Research Fund to support cancer research, with a focus on boosting immune systems to fight diseases and providing a replacement to chemotherapy.
