Story

I am representing BlueBird Care, Bedford, by doing a tandom sky dive to raise money for 'Carers in Bedfordshire'.

Carers in Bedfordshire are a registered charity with a number of volunteers helping unpaid carers who care for a family member or loved one. This includes young carers. They offer information, social groups, training in specific areas such as dementia and any support the carer may need.

It will be my first flight in an aeroplane. I will be petrified but the money is going to such a good cause. many of us already are, or will see ourselves, as carers for a loved one and may need support from a charity like this. I will be overcoming a fear whilst doing a good thing. it was too good an opportunity to turn down.
