AITC Brighton to Paris 2015 bike ride Challenge · 26 June 2015 ·

We use the power of football to change lives across Sussex

Story

Despite not having a bike or ridden one for 25 years, I have been convinced to take part and raise funds for an amazing local charity on a 130-mile bike ride from Brighton to Paris!

Albion in the Community (AITC) fund lots of great projects in Brighton, including cancer awareness, disability football, homeless skills training, unemployment initiatives, mental health support, youth training schemes and Senior Citizen fitness.

As a born-and-bred Brightonian, it’s a charity that’s very close to my heart and I’ve really seen the difference their work can make to the local community.

My bike ride will take two days, starting at the Amex Stadium and ending in Paris, and I’ll be travelling with a team of AITC fundraisers.

Also, just so you know, I’ll be covering the costs of this trip myself, so all money raised will go directly to AITC.

Thanks for all your support!
