The Wallich are a charity supporting homeless, and vulnerably housed, people throughout Wales.

We are all way closer to this issue than we like to think. Losing just a couple of the securities we take for granted - job, relationship, family, friends - can quickly result in homelessness.

As public provision is being cut, the work of charities like The Wallich becomes even more vital, and I'm proud to be donning the lycra and swim-cycle-running in support of the amazing work they do.

Whether it's a meal, clothing, shelter, support, advice, training, tenancy maintenance or just a friendly ear - they are helping people get their lives back on track, every step of the way.

If you can give someone a little leg-up when they're at their lowest ebb, they may just go on to do remarkable things.
