These men and women have been sent to the slammer for their crimes against the office, the only item they are allowed is their mobile, they must raise £200 each by calling their contacts and asking for donations to Aware. This the only way to make bail and get out of jail. 

Toilet breaks and Water will be provided for good behaviour and at the Governors discretion.

They have 2 hours together in a confined space, who will crack first and throw their phone out the window? Time will tell, but the Governor will show no mercy.
