I am bringing together my passions and interestes to help make a difference through my Bat Mitzvah.

I love baking and I'm passionate about the environment and am interested in the law. For my Bat Mitzvah I am reading about the creation of the world and so I wanted to focus on a charity that is working on environmental and climate issues.

I chose Client earth as they go to UK courts to make sure that companies and the government to keep their promises on  and deliver on their enviornmental obligations, using the law to do so. and focus their resources on their work and not on marketing. With my love of baking, I have decided that for anyone who makes a donation of more than £10 will get some cookies from me (if you live in North London). The more you donate the more cookies I'll bring you!

I'll be baking Chocolate Chip Cookies (using my own recipie) and Mandelbread (using a family recipie from my dad's side) and will be baking in a Covid secure way and delivering them using sustainable packaging around October half term.

If you live further away, I'll try and get you some when we are able to travel again - and maybe with the help of my bubbies (grandmothers).
