Yorkshire Children’s Trust was founded by two sets of parents after their daughters were diagnosed with Leukaemia. The charity has set out to help children and their families cope with the emotional and financial strain of many life-changing illnesses, something the founders of the charity understand after dealing with cancer. The charity provides essential services to children in the Yorkshire region, but receives no Lottery, NHS or central Government funding. We appreciate every donation and supporter, without which we couldn't offer help.

G&B are supporting Yorkshire Children's Trust with various fundraising activities in 2020 and 2021, which is continuing on November 10th 2021 with a sponsored walk in the Yorkshire Dales. 

A team from Grant and Bowman aim to complete the 10 mile walk covering Ingleton and the surrounding area. 

We also intend to donate a number of toys to the charity to be used on the hospital wards as presents for children with illnesses or undergoing treatment.
