When I first met Charlie he was barely 8 years old. A friend of the family, Pierre Petrou had been in touch with me and had asked me to visit Charlie, I asked him what was the reason behind it, he replied that Charlie through his Brain Tumour has been watching Mind Your Language and has loved the programme as he has always said that Mind Your Language next to his favourite actor Adam Sandler made him laugh. So I visited him and he related so many stories that he saw on the programme. His favourite character was Ali Nadeem.  Me too in some ways. Hahaha!  His very word, "laughter is a great medicine".

So I am running to raise money in support of Charlie charges on / brain tumour research in memory of Charlie on Sunday 30th November. Please give generously to help children and adults alike to Reserch Brain Cancer. The Charity is above . Charlie Charges On is under the Umbrella of the Charity.  all funds raised are for research to Brain Tumour.

Brain tumours are the biggest killer of under 40s than any other cancer yet they receive less than 1% of the cancer research national spend please please sponsor us.
