Last year, the Republic of Media team climbed 4,200 and raised over £700 for SAMH. This year we have more team members and hope to raise even more!

SAMH are a mental health charity in Scotland who offer many services throughout Scotland relating to improving mental health. This includes services such as preventing homelessness, helping people into work, helping people recover from addictions, suicide prevention and so much more. 

So many of us have had mental health issues or know someone who suffers from mental health issues, and yet there is still a huge stigma attached to talking about mental health openly. I hope that through raising funds for SAMH we can end the stigma and help to improve the lives of those who suffer with poor mental health every day in Scotland.
