Into its 12th year, the amazing fourdaysrunning team are once again undertaking an incredible challenge - this time in Essex. The team will be running, rowing, cycling or walking around 110km (68 miles) over four days from Southend on Sea to the Olympic Park in Stratford. fourdays aren't just a team, they are a diverse family who come together to raise a huge amount of money for an incredible charity. Despite being a diverse group with varying abilities, they all support each other - come rain or shine - to complete this immense challenge. And why you may ask?? Well all to raise much needed funding for an amazing local charity. CASPA has been providing invaluable support and enriching experiences to autistic / neurodivergent children, young people and their families since 2002. CASPA is built on both an appreciation of the unique and exceptional attributes, perspectives and gifts that autistic people have and a mission to address many of the challenges that the autistic community faces by fostering and promoting the development of life skills, true friendships, access to opportunities and participation in society.
