The Forget Me Not Unit is a specialist Dementia Unit based in Worthing. We care for patients from across Sussex who are experiencing behavioural and psychological symptoms of their dementia who require specialist assessment and treatment. We offer a range of therapeutic interventions within the unit for which we require various resources for which we are fundraising. Money raised for the unit is spent directly on activities for patients to improve wellbeing, provide meaningful occupation on the unit, whether its small items such as jigsaws, books, CDs or larger items such as furniture for the ward gardens.
