On Sunday 12th March 2023 I will be doing a sky dive in order to raise money for Step One Charity. 

Mental health awareness and charities such as this are so important, now more than ever. The work we do here at Step One Charity is invaluable as we help so many people in the South West. 

I, like many, have my own battles with mental health and I think it is that battle and understanding that drew me to work for the charity. Everyone is struggling right now but my awesome colleagues are dedicated to helping those in need!
