We provide palliative and end of life care to patients & families across West Cumbria

Story

we will be delivering a weekend of all things fitness and nutrition for anyone looking to start the gym or looking to become fitter or healthier.

We have also got a lot of speakers than regular gym goers will massively benefit from.

Anyone who pays the minimum recommended donation of £25 will receive our lean 10 week transformation guide which is usually £25 by itself and a month FREE gym at Xtreme which is usually £40, 10 entries into the raffle.

As well as listening to some amazing speakers on the 15/17th May.

All talks will be recorded and you will be sent links to watch again.

Anyone who donates £3 will receive an entry into our raffle.

Donate £5 and get 2 entries and £10 gets you 5 entries.

We provide high quality palliative and end of life care to people in their own homes and local communities across West Cumbria. We also offer emotional support, complementary therapies and specialist lymphoedema care. All our services are delivered free of charge to those who need them.
