Story
Eileen (aka Ellen) and Fiona (aka Fi). Are going to face the UKs longest and fastest zipline to raise some money for Balls to cancer. now some people actually do this for enjoyment, but for us it's our worst nightmares come true. Height, speed and water all in one!
Our amazing brother in law Paul Bunting faced every hurdle of cancer with humour, dignity and courage. Putting everybody before himself. The least we can do is face our fears to raise some money for a charity that aims to not only offer information and advice but to also support a patient going through treatment. We will be doing this on father's day as a tribute to a truly wonderful Dad, Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Friend and colleague.
Balls to cancer are a small charity who make a big difference to cancer patients by providing chemotherapy care packs to cancer fighters currently going through either radio or chemo therapy. They were 1 of only 2 charities that offered support to Paul during his treatment.
These packs offer items to help aid the side effects of the treatment. The packs are evolving daily as cancer fighters tell us about things that help them. Our packs currently include items like cooling pillows, lip balms, Hats, warm socks, biscuits, sugar free sweets, thermometers etc... These packs are vital in the aid of the terrible effects but the demand for these means we need your help to fund them and enabling us to continue supplying the free of charge..
