On May 2nd 2020 myself and my brother along with a group of friends will be taking on a 10k mud run with obstacles. We have decided to take on this challenge in memory of our dad who sadly lost his life to mental health in August 2017. This is an illness that takes the lives of 12 men each day. That is 1 man every 2 hours. By losing the people close to us, this horrible illness affects everybody who knows them and it is something that will always be in our minds. The Dove service has been instrumental in supporting my family, in particular Alison's son Ryan through this difficult time and we would like to show our appreciation by raising much needed funds for this valuable service. We know Bob would be very grateful
