Pollinators have always made an impact on my life like bees providing pollination in the garden so we have a good harvest or in the summer simply seeing a monarch butterfly brighten my day. Knowing that pollinators like bees, butterflies, and moths are decreasing made me dive into more research on them. Having the information that I now know, I want to share what I've learned with others, specifically elementary kids. The children growing up right now is the future and without them knowing about pollinators and what they do, these insects and animals have a little chance of survival. Simply informing kids and their parents on simple ways to help can make them involved in a positive way and send a good message. That's why I want to go into classrooms with information and hands on activities like planting flowers on school grounds.
