I am taking part in the BUPA Manchester 10k Run on the 26 May 2013. The run is in memory of my friend's brother, Khuram Shaikh. I am running for The British Red Cross because Khuram worked for the International Red Cross and they do a FANTASTIC job at distributing aid to those who need it. I thank you all in advance for any money you are willing and able to donate.
