The pandemic hit mental health hard.
This year has not been easy for us all but as the saying goes "we're in the same storm, but not in the same boat". One thing's for sure, everyone's mental health will have been affected to an extent: elevated stress, anxiety, loneliness, depression and more.
This is why I am pleased to announce our chosen charity for our Charity Challenge event is Mind. It came out tops on the Facebook poll and it's the one you said you wanted to support the most. Never has there been a more poignant time to support such a fantastic charity.
I'll be hosting a 10,000 steps Challenge Class for Mind on Sunday 25th April at 9.30am. It'll be like a power walking class in your own home - something a bit different! This will take place on Zoom.
