Story
This last year has been tough on us all, and this third lockdown in particular seems to really be challenging people - no matter their circumstances. With a view to try and raise some money for Oxfordshire Mind, provide us all with a challenge, get us moving and improve our own mental health, we’ve tasked our team with taking part in a physical challenge.
Why 84.6?
According to Google Maps, the round trip distance between all Finders Keepers offices is 84.6 miles. We’ve asked our team members to set themselves a challenge relating to these numbers, either on their own, as a virtual team, or as an office team.
Ideas:
• Run or walk: 84.6 miles, 84.6 km, 84600 steps, 84.6 minutes
• Indoors: climb your stairs 84.6 times
• Cycle: 846 minutes (indoor or outdoor bikes)
• Plank: hold a plank or hover for 8.46 minutes
• Dance: for 84.6 minutes (freestyle or choreographed classes)
• HIIT: there are free classes available on YouTube if you're not already taking part in virtual classes
There are no rules, they can do anything and they have the whole of February to achieve it (do it all in one day or spread it over multiple days).
