We support young people to follow their dreams and ambitions

Story

Lt. John Thornton (40 Commando Royal Marines) a former student on the junior leaders course was killed in Afghanistan on the 30th of March 2008 after his vehicle was struck by an IED. Since then his parents have set up the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation (JTYAF) who's goal is to..."support young people from a wide range of youth organisations providing them with scholarships and bursaries to support their personal development and the pursuit of their ambitions". Subsequently to its foundation JTYAF has raised over £310,000 in the support of young people and continues to change the lives of many across the UK.

I'm hoping that you guys can support my chosen cause for whom I will be jumping out of a perfectly good airplane and running a half marathon.

Regards

Euan
