As it comes up to my first birthday since my mum has passed away I would rather make it as much as a positive experience as possible. 

Wessex Cancer Trust has helped my mum when she was alive, with art therapy sessions, which she so enjoyed. They have also helped myself with counseling when she had passed away. They have so many other resources to offer, and as a result are worthy of all the support they can get. 

I would rather people not buy me gifts for my birthday but instead donate to this charity that has helped myself and my family in so many ways.
