We support local patients & their families to manage diagnosis by lightening the load

Story

One of our colleagues at Equinix was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (a cancer of the blood) in December 2015. Stuart is currently undergoing chemotherapy and is responding very well to the treatments. Stuarts positive attitude and drive to beat this disease has inspired his friends and colleagues at Equinix to raise funds for a charity local to Stuart, the Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF). ELF’s vision is that every family affected by blood cancers and blood disorders across the South West receives compassionate, tailored support. ELF lightens the load, supporting families from diagnosis and through treatment.

So what charity fundraising activity was chosen – well as it’s 26 miles between the London office and Slough office it seems appropriate to hold a marathon – but as not many of us are able to run such a distance we have decide on a  WALKING MARATHON on  Fri 18th  March.

Please help us to raise funds to support this charity.

Equinix employees - please donate through Corporate JustGiving page please

Thanks
