Story
I am taking on not one, not two, but ALL FOUR of the Tough N Buff challenges for January 2016 to raise funds for The Children's Society and kick start my fitness after one too many mince pies.
See me take on the progressive goals of:
100 burpees / 50 press ups / 200 squats / 300s plank
I will progressively work towards ALL FOUR of these challenge goals over the 30 days from 2nd January 2016. Pleas support The Children's Society, and give me that warm fuzzy feeling inside that the muscle pain is going to be worth is.
