ADA-Compliant Boat Launch at Camp Archbald

Emma Troy is raising money for Girl Scouts In The Heart Of Pennsylvania

ADA-Compliant Boat Launch at Camp Archbald · 14 January 2022

We believe in the power of every G.I.R.L.™ to change the world.

Story

I am working on my Gold Award. The project involves building an ADA-compliant boat launch (pictured above) at Camp Archbald in order to improve the accessibility of the waterfront. My plan is to have the launch purchased by the end of March and installed in the Spring. This way, it will be fully operational for this year’s summer camp season.

This project is something I've wanted to do since I was in 4th grade and is the first phase of a larger effort to improve Camp Archbald's waterfront accessibility. Your donations will make this dream become a reality. Any additional funds will be put towards completion of the larger project.
