For the last month, my life has completely changed. I am a 16 year old girl and I have lost the way I used to see myself. I’ve been struggling with mocks whilst losing chunks of my hair and it started to eat at my self esteem. The weight of the constant pressure to look a certain way pushed me down and made me feel small: now I am pushing back and I’d like you to help me with that.
