This September I will be excluding all of the 14 main food allergens recognised in the UK plus the IBS triggers caffeine, alcohol and chocolate for two whole weeks!
In this time I will blog my daily food diary and share as many useful food ideas as possible. There will be plenty of photos and recipes to follow.
The more you think about it the more of a challenge it sounds. Most of us have one or more foods we need to avoid. I am lucky that my allergies and food intolerances to dairy, lactose and gluten allow me to find alternatives. If you have multiple allergies/intolerances the options become restricted.
What will I eat and drink/ Will I get bored of food? Will I have to make everything from scratch? Can I manage to eat out at all?
