We all know how much I LOVE my Gin & Prosecco, meaning I may consume a bit Of both over the Christmas & New year Holidays 😜 So from 1st January it will be nothing but water  & green Tea. Hopefully this will give me the kick up the butt I need to become more Healthy. 

I have chosen pancreatic Cancer action as i lost my Grandad  to pancreatic cancer within in 6 months of him being diagnosed. And them 6 months went so quickly 💔
