Hi,  I am running the great north run with my brother to raise as much money as possible for cystic fibrosis trust. My gorgeous niece Harriet was born last year and was diagnosed with CF a few weeks later. She is a beautiful, smiley, happy little baby and totally lush. I've not run for this charity before but now it is one me and my family feel very passionately about as there are constant developments in medicine for CF and as the years progress so do the available treatments which really help people who have it.  They rely on donations to fund research and also to be able to provide the support to people living with CF and their families.  I would be grateful for any donation it doesn't matter how small because it will all make a difference and ultimately lead to a more positive outcome for CF sufferers. 

I promise if you donate to run me little heart out, no matter how much my legs hurt it's no comparison to what some people go through on a daily basis.
