Story

OK - So i'm not much of a runner. This is my first real event so please keep me in your thoughts on July 20th 2014 when i'm crawling through the finish line!

I'm raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, a cause extremely close to my heart after losing my beautiful friend nearly 5 short years ago.

Cystic fibrosis is a life-shortening inherited disease, affecting over 10,000 people in the UK. You can't catch or develop cystic fibrosis, it's something you're born with and most cases in the UK are now diagnosed soon after birth. There is presently no cure.

Cystic Fibrosis Trust are the only UK-wide charity making a daily difference to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis, and those who care for them so please spare anything you can for this extremely important cause and 'hope for more'
