Story

My daughter Rhian has been riding with Bridgend county riding for the disabled for 17years it's a very big part of her life and she rides once a week with them. Rhian also volunteers with the group which she really enjoys. I am a coach for Bridgend RDA I  started as a volunteer then progressed to become a coach.  Rhian's sister Sian and her stepdad Ryan also volunteer with the group .We also  loan Rhian's  horse  Reggie to Bridgend County RDA . So as you can see as a family Bridgend county riding for the disabled is very close to our hearts.

Bridgend county riding for the disabled has been running for 50 years in October . The group runs sessions on a Monday, Friday and Saturday mornings during term times .

Through teaching horse riding, the group are dedicated to improving the lives of those living with disabilities of all kinds. The group exists to provide opportunity for therapy and achievement  for our riders.
