My training partner, fellow boxer, student and most importantly friend passed away from leukemia 13/11/2007 aged 17. The pain and his memory do not fade with time.

On new years eve 2006 me, Ben Jack and Arif ran 14miles to Bluewater and back just for the rush of pushing the boundaries. In memory of Ben we're set to run a mini marathon 01/05/2011 to raise money for Ben's Foundation, a charity supporting leukimia research.
