It's EDS & HSD Awareness Month! Never heard of EDS or HSD? You're not alone: That's why I'm taking on the 2021 Ehlers Danlos Society  Social Media and Walk & Roll Challenges. Throughout this month, I will be sharing my journey with hEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) on Facebook & Instgram; to educate and raise crucial funds needed for research, treatment, and the support of individuals globally—like myself—who suffer silently from the effects of this rare, often invisible and debilitating group of connective tissue disorders.
