Story
Hi!
Before anything else is said, I want to thank you for coming to this page and supporting my 13 hour art-a-thon. I am really looking forward to this challenge and I am glad you can share it with me. But why am I doing this? Well, as you might know, it is traditional for bnei mitzvah to give back to the community as part of the journey to adulthood. So I decided to contribute by turning my passion into a challenge in which I will complete 13 hours of non-stop art - one hour for every year I have been in the world.
My art-a-thon will take place on Saturday 21 May 2022, from 8am until 9pm. You can follow my art-a-thon live through YouTube and Zoom, using these links:

All of your contributions, big or small, will go to CREATE Arts. They are the UK’s leading charity empowering lives, reducing isolation and enhancing wellbeing through the creative arts. CREATE Arts believe that everyone – regardless of circumstances, behaviour, age, gender, race or disability – should have access to the power of creativity.
Their professional artists run creative arts projects with people facing challenges in their lives. They are given a chance to express themselves, build skills, meet other people and nurture their wellbeing through animation, dance, drama, music, painting, photography and a host of other art forms. Personally, I have always had access to these things, however I recognise that not everyone does, and so this charity spoke to me more than any other for this event.
I hope you choose to donate to CREATE Arts, even if it is just one pound, to support children and families in a struggle.
You can find out more about the great work they do here: https://createarts.org.uk/
And everyone who donates, no matter how little, will get a personally signed copy of the final art piece, so please let me know who you are if you would like to receive this.
Thanks in advance,
Ella
