I'm running the Macmillan 10k run with my brother in law, Andy Ewens, together we're...TEAM A&E (we're seriously hoping not to need it)!

We wanted to raise money for the Macmillan charity to say a very big thank you for all their support during my Dad's last few weeks, as he passed away on 1st February 2013. It's very apt the event is being held on June 16th - Father's day and it's a great way for us to give something back.
