In loving memory of Eileen Conway who was diagnosed with COPD when she was 70 years old. With this progressive condition her breathing worsened over the years and she sadly passed away following a heart attack at 82 on 29/07/2020.

She was an amazing woman who loved to help others and this was her final wish to donate to the Heart & Lung Foundations
