The Lantern Network is inspired by the Underground Railroad. Just as The Underground Railroad led slaves from physical bondage to physical freedom, The Lantern Network lights the path to economic freedom. We will accomplish this by providing examples of success stories, roadmaps, and resources to our target audience, so they can realize their dreams and more fully contribute to our Nation. We will accomplish this mission through our three strategic pillars: Inspiration, Development, and Propulsion. 1. Inspire - Our goal is to light a fire within our target audience and illuminate possibilities; we want our young people to walk away believing there are NO LIMITS. 2. Develop - Help our clients build a sought-after skillset that will not only get them invited into the room and thrive, but they become so masterful that they create new rooms. 3. Propel - Build career experience through paid internships, apprenticeships, and entrepreneurships.
