My colleague James Trotter challenged me to beat the 500 virtual miles I cycled in April 2020 in May... I made it and maxed out at 782.8 miles on 30 rides, 6 outdoors and 24 on Zwift, c50 hours in the saddle, averaging over 15mph and losing 12kgs in the process!! Thank you James ;-)
