Hey Folks...I did it!  It was grand! There loads of us out there  and it was great to have the Irish in Britain t-shirt on and to support of their Cuimhne memory loss and dementia project. It costs just £400 to train and support a volunteer to keep older Irish people living in Britain and their carers active and involved in their local Irish community - and living well with dementia.  So I did the running and now you know I've done it I'd be really grateful if you would support me in any way you can. Lets see how many volunteers we can get funded.
