As most of you already know Im running the Loch Ness Marathon on October 4th 2009 for the RAF Benevolent fund. I need to raise a minimum of £300.00! Any contribution would be appreciated!! The route looks pretty tasty and hopefully the weather will hold out!! Im hoping to come in under 3 hours 20. Under 3 hours would be preffered though!
