My wonderful, courageous, smart and world changing daughter, Eilish, has volunteered to help teach good health practices in Nepal. She will fly out on June 7th for three months. By volunteering she will help young adults in Nepal, by providing them with information we take for granted in the UK but unfortunately is not available locally. Information that every young person should know.

To help her raise money for VSO, I have (during a moment of weakness) volunteered to jump out of a perfectly good aeroplane. Apparently I am so old now that I have to have a medical before I'm allowed! Honestly how hard can it be to fall 16,000 feet! 

Eilish will also be jumping on the day and she is petrified. She also has a Just-giving page and she will be doing all sorts of other things to raise money for this great cause.
