Once again EMERGENCY is providing crucial healthcare support, this time dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. Having worked to treat and stop the Ebola outbreak, EMERGENCY has put their expertise at the disposal of the health authorities, such as in  Bergamo, Brescia, Milan, and is continuing to work in their hospitals around the world, activating specific protocols to deal with the virus, even in countries not affected by the pandemic so far.

We are a group of volunteers who have decided to give
their spare time, creativity and enthusiasm to support EMERGENCY UK through this fundraising campaign because we believe that, today more than ever, we need another collective humanitarian effort, in order to fight against the
virus and help vulnerable people struggling to access healthcare. 

As an EMERGENCY donor once said, to donate to EMERGENCY is "to leave this
world a little better than when I found it."

We all have a role to play. And what if we also had a song to play? We encourage you to nominate a song you love every time you make a donation, however big or small. We will add your song to our new Spotify playlist called "SHARE THE TUNE AND STOP THE VIRUS", created for this campaign. Just type the title of the song in the field 'your comment' before donating. You will remain anonymous if you wish to.

Tutti noi abbiamo un ruolo in questo periodo drammatico. Ancora una volta EMERGENCY e' coinvolto in prima linea e questa volta nella gestione della pandemia da coronavirus. 

Avendo lavorato in Sierra Leone durante l'epidemia da Ebola EMERGENCY e' certamente un nome in cui avere fiducia in tema di risposta durante le crisi per la salute pubblica.

EMERGENCY sta aiutando a Bergamo, Brescia, Milano e continua la sua attivita' nei suoi ambulatori italiani e negli ospedali di tutto il mondo. 

Il gruppo dei volontari nel Regno Unito ha lanciato questa campagna perche' adesso piu' che mai abbiamo bisogno di un altro sforzo collettivo per combattere contro questo virus ed aiutare le persone piu' vulnerabili ad accedere alle cure. 

Come ha detto uno dei nostri donatori: " Donare ad EMERGENCY significa lasciare questo mondo migliore di come lo abbiamo trovato."
