World Environmental Health Day will be held virtually on the 26th September 2021. The theme for 2021 is "Prioritizing Environmental Health for healthier communities in global recovery"

As part of this year’s World Environmental Health Day, the Environmental Health Association of Ireland is looking for members and branches to support UNICEF’s campaign in relation to vaccine availability in developing countries.

When you get your COVID-19 vaccine you can now give a vaccine to someone in need by supporting UNICEF in the biggest vaccine procurement and distribution in history.

Nobody is safe until everyone is safe and no child is safe until everyone they rely on is safe.

With your support, UNICEF will deliver 2 billion COVID-19 vaccines to the most vulnerable families, health workers and high-risk people on our planet. According to the Charity a donation of €50 can help deliver enough vaccines to protect 10 people from COVID-19.
