The First Tee of Greater Baltimore is a youth development non-profit organization focused on providing opportunities to the youth of Baltimore through the game of golf.  Conceptualized in 2002, the Chapter operates from five Baltimore City facilities: Forest Park, Mt. Pleasant, Pine Ridge, Carroll Park, and Clifton Park Golf Courses, providing a low-cost public course option for the city's youth.  Although the First Tee delivers introductory golf programming to kids from 6 to 16, the organizations main focus is to create a safe space where they can build healthy relationships, and grow socially and emotionally with their peers. 

The Young Professionals Board is aligned with First Tee's mission of helping provide opportunities to Baltimore youth. Through their involvement in the community and personal networks as Young Professionals in the Greater Baltimore area, they YPB is focused on helping provide awareness and financial support to the Chapter.

This year, we had to cancel our traditional golf tournament due to COVID-19 concerns.  In lieu of the tournament, I am seeking pledges and donations in conjunction with a golf marathon.  In conjunction with our year end campaign, on October 10th, I will be teeing it up in Sherwood Forest as the sun rises (approx. 7:15 AM), and playing all day until daylight ends after the 6:30 PM sunset.

My goal is to play at least 100 holes throughout the day, tracking my scores throughout.  For those not familiar, it's a short course with plenty of birdie (and hopefully eagle) chances.  I would ask that you consider an outright donation to the First Tee via this page, or pledging based on the number of pars, birdies, and eagles I record.

If you'd like to pledge I might suggest the following:

• $1 pars, $5 birdies, $25 eagles (est. donation of $125-$175) - my personal pledge
• $0.50 pars, $2 birdies, $10 eagles (est. donation of $70-$100)
• $0.25 pars, $1 birdies, $5 eagles (est. donation of $30-$50)
• $0.25 per hole played (est. donation of $25)
